At Syyana, we are committed to providing you with high-quality services that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that things do not always go according to plan, and sometimes cancellations might be necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request to cancel the booking made through the Syyana mobile app.
Cancellations:
· Unavailability of Syyana: You can cancel any booking until the provider accepts it. To cancel, open the Syyana Customer App, navigate to your booking details, and tap "Cancel Booking.
· Unavailability of Syyana: In the rare event that a Syyana is unable to make it to your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider can decline your service.
· Reschedule your appointment: We will work with you to find a new appointment time that suits your needs.
Refunds:
As Syyana is not charging anything and it’s free platform for Customer and Service Provider to make perfect match to fullfill the requirements,
· Syyana is not responsible for any Refunds from service providers.
· Any payment related issue we can support both parties depends on the dispute.
· Service provider and the customer has to agree on the charges before the job started to avoid any disputes.

If you have any concerns or disagreements regarding your refund or cancellation request, please contact Syyana customer support at info@syyana.com. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and amicably.

· This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through the Syyana App or Website.
· Syyana reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of this policy will always be available on the Syyana website and mobile app.
· By using the Syyana mobile app, you agree to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
